Returns & exchanges:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for damaged goods.

Contact me within 30 days after the items delivery for a return to be eligible. Free return shipping. Does not include Final Sale Items.
Please contact me prior to ordering or before a commission is finished if you have any problems.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Finished/Approved commissions
(Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for them)

    Conditions of return

    You must send me (mypureart@mypureart.com) a photo of the damage of the item within 30 days of the item(s) you purchased for a "return due to damage" to be accepted. Note only when the item(s) have been returned to me, and I have inspected them, then you will be refunded.

    Once a commission has been finalized and approved by the commissioner, there may be no changes, substitutions or refunds unless they were damaged during shipment. Once they have been approved the final payment for them must be payed in full.

    If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on Mypureart.com through  Pixels.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.  As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.  Please note - Pixels does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
